Educational Needs This activity will review laser techniques and skills to improve efficacy and safety of laser treatments on patients of color.

Participants This activity is designed for doctors, PAs, nurses and laser practitioners who treat or plan on treating patients of color.

Background Requirements Practitioners should have basic clinical laser skills and training.

Instructional Content/Expected Learning Objectives The activity will cover appropriate treatment choices when treating patients of color, including appropriate laser selection, laser parameters, pre- and post-treatment care, appropriate patient selection, and management of adverse events.
