Educational Need These sessions will highlight the basic science and clinical applications of Photodynamic Therapy. PDT involves the use of light and a photosensitizing agent to ablate tumors and infections, state-of-the-art treatment will be reviewed as well as mechanisms of action.

Participants: Scientists, physicians, students, nurses and industry representatives.
