Objectives:	*Educational Needs* Pre-career professionals will learn about examples of successful scientist/physician careers. They will also learn about funding opportunities available to them. *Participants* The course is designed for all future physicians, residents, and fellows. *Background Requirements* There are no special background requirements. *Instructional Content and/or Expected Learning Outcomes* The course will include information on career progression, including the importance of publishing, how to find training fellowships, and information about research funding.
