We are excited to announce our fifth annual ASLMS Silent Auction. Past experience indicates that companies contributing to the Silent Auction receive excellent visibility for their company and the support they provide for the Society’s research program. Additionally companies who contribute their equipment, supplies, and services receive positive interest in their products. Whether your company chooses to donate a piece of equipment, supplies or its services, or some other interest generating contribution (i.e. vacation trips, recreational equipment, jewelry or cash for the Society to purchase auction items), ASLMS will provide excellent visibility to its more than 4,000 members for your contribution. In recognition of and to generate visibility for your company’s donation to the 2010 Silent Auction, ASLMS will:

• Develop and distribute a special brochure prior to the Annual Conference to all ASLMS members (4,000 plus) with the name and logo of your company and a description of your contribution.
• Include your company’s name and logo and a description of your donated item on an electronic billboard to be located outside the exhibit hall at the Annual conference.
• Include the name of your company and a description of the donated item on the ASLMS Web site when the online portion of the auction opens on March 1, 2010, which will remain on the sponsor list after the auction for the remainder of the calendar year.
• Acknowledge your company’s participation in the Silent Auction in the ASLMS Annual Conference Final Program which is distributed to all conference attendees.
• Present your company with a recognition award to be displayed in your booth during the Conference, and provide each member of your booth staff with a Silent Auction Donor ribbon.
• Include your company's name and the item you have donated in the promotion/ announcements during the Silent Auction event at the Annual Conference.
