Hotel and Travel

ASLMS 2024 will be held in Baltimore, Maryland at the Baltimore Convention Center. The host hotels are a short distance away. Choose from the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor, Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel, and Hampton Inn Baltimore-Downtown-Convention Center. See hotel options.

ASLMS does not authorize hotel sales through any outside vendors for hotel accommodations. We work directly with the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor, Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel, and Hampton Inn Baltimore-Downtown-Convention Center to bring you the best possible rate.

Early Career Educational Support

ASLMS is offering the opportunity to offset registration fees for qualified students, residents, and fellows to attend the conference. Educational support will be based on current or previous service to the Society and/or agreement to serve on the ASLMS Host Committee. Limited opportunities are available (value up to $349). Guidelines on Participant Conduct for Educational Activities and Special Events

The guidelines apply to all participants of virtual and/or in-person educational activities and special events. Participants include but are not limited to registered attendees, sponsors, volunteers, speakers, exhibitors, and others. Read the guidelines.
