Vice President
The individual elected as Vice President will be on the Executive Committee for a period of four years, as Vice President, President-Elect, President and Past President.
The Vice President chairs the Membership Committee. They also perform the membership approval duties and perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President in the event of the absence or inability to act of both the President and the President-Elect.

For a term of two to three years, as indicated below, individuals that serve in this capacity participate in Board discussions, representing the division's perspective, and communicate Board policies and actions back to members of their division.

Nominating Committee
Three positions on the committee are voted upon by the membership for a term of one year. Nominating Committee members identify individuals to serve as directors and Society or division officers.
