Apply for an ASLMS Research Grant

Be a part of the development of cutting edge and novel uses of lasers, light and other energy-based devices in the medical sciences.

ASLMS supports research projects that foster the development and use of lasers and other related technologies in medical and surgical applications.

Preference will be given to proposed research projects which have a direct implication for medical or surgical applications. While the best research projects will be given priority, a concerted effort will be made to award a balance of basic science and clinical research.
Research grant applications open in the fall and are typically due early the following year.
